No one can say they saw this coming from day one. However the sequel and the rest of Sony’s Marvel universe does, it’s clear Venom has been an unstoppable juggernaut. It has outgrossed every film in the X-Men franchise and it looks like it’s on its way to surpass most of the Spider-Man movies; just goes to show how much audiences love this character. Extremely impressive.
