shareYes, whenever someone mentions the "Lipstick Scene", it's always referring to the one in the first movie. The one in the second movie wasn't as infamous(though, it IS pretty strange, as well).
shareI never saw the second film. The scene in the new version takes it a bit further, although there's a moment where you can see the edge of the latex that kind of ruins the effect.

Yup, that was in part 2. I love that scene, and oddly enough It slightly aroused me as a kid watching that what's wrong with me!?!

Actually, I sort of recommend that you see the remake first. The lipstick scene in this one isn't bad, but it just lacked a bit of punch. They rushed through it a little too quickly, in my opinion. Plus after you see the remake you know that you have the original to watch afterwards.
I mean... she went from doing "fix my whiskers" to talking & then suddenly jams the lipstick in there. I felt like if they'd finessed a little & had her build up to it, the scene would have been a bit shocking. Maybe have her seductively trail the lipstick down & then put it in there rather than just jamming it in abruptly like she did?
I thought for sure they'd have her drawing whiskers around her nipple before she goes at it.

Now you see, that would've been cool. It would have drawn out the scene a little bit, making her victim a little more disoriented & possibly a little more on edge.
Part of what made the first scene so creepy is that it was lead up to by Suzanne drawing on herself.
i though it was a bad attempt to do an exploitation scene that failed miserably because of the "scary music" it was just either funny or gross but not scary at all just random i kinda giggle and couldnt really watch the movie it didn´t know where to go... whether it was serious or funny so it could of made an awesome music video but not a feature film...
