don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it, but up next to the original, it's an entirely different film. Mimi Kincade has got Shannen Elizabeth beat all to hell when it comes to playing Angela. Where was the black wedding dress?! Thats the icon of this entire story!

watching it on netflix now and i agree with you but as a remake it wasn't that bad.

Part 2 was pretty good. It goes great as a double feature with Part 1.
