The tree in Harold's house, was it delivered by NPH or by Santa?

They got it from Santa. When Roldie notices it, he also notices the blood soaked Santa hat on the floor.

Funny thing about that is the very next scene you see Santa flying away in the sleigh having a bong still wearing his blood soaked santa hat

Yep exactly what i was going to say, they ballsed up the continuity by having him wear the hat in that scene after showing it laying on the floor by the tree.
shareThat is probably why he was outside Harold's.. to pick up his hat. He could have dropped the tree off earlier.
shareHow do you know that Santa didn't have a spare? Or maybe he dropped the tree off, then went back to the North Pole and picked up a clean replacement hat. You have no idea how much time passed between him dropping off the tree and the final shot of him.
