Does Neil Patrick Harris pretend to be gay while screwing as many women as he can in real life? Probably not, but it's not like you're ever going to find out.

they dont smoke otherwise the smoke, weed, etc wouldnt bee photoshopped...
thats what wrong with american movies, everything is FAKE

slayintheilluminati they can't smoke weed in a commercial film if they wanted to. That's a great way to halt production indefinitely due to laws against using or having such drugs.

If they do smoke weed they would obviously do it off camera probably off the set completely.

There are locations they could shoot where it would be perfectly legal.
