I looked all over the net for it, checked the movie credits both on here and after it was over and still no luck. It's the song that starts "Live from the kitchen with a brand new swag."
shareIve been looking everywhere for this damn song and have come up with nothing.. It is the one and only song I've never been able to actually find the name of..And Ive put an embarrassing amount of time into it.. couldn't find it searching by lyrics, looking for the movie soundtrack and song list, it isn't listed, and there was too much dialog to SoundHound it. It sounds a LOT like lil' wayne but I'm fairly certain it isn't him.
I read an article somewhere saying the movie used almost all indie "underground" artists and songs, so it is probably some obscure locally famous artist managed by the step brother of the sister of the wife of the producer, etc..
It has become almost a mission since I watched this on FX like four times on Christmas..
I'd Paypal someone $10 for the artist and song name and the mp3..
I mean that literally.

I checked through every song listed in the credits. You only hear about 15 seconds of the song and it starts out like, "ugh, reportin' live from the kitchen with a brand new swag and..." not too sure about the rest..
I don't think it's a real song.
