I have to say..... *spoilers*

I watched this one night while flipping through the TV to find something to watch, specifically a horror film as I am a huge fan on the genre. I was unfortunate to come across Home Movie, I would say middle to the end and it wasn't coming on again so I thought I would watch what was on and hope for the best. As in earlier posts the first thing I thought of was Paranormal Craptivity. The only difference besides the plot was this movie was good. I did however find the parents acting a little unbelievable, a little to either over acted or not enough emotion I feel put behind what they were trying to feel throughout the movie. For example the Father's exorcism was a little...odd. Crouching over your children for no more than 5 minutes chanting biblical quotes is not an exorcism and I thought his attitude during was not well acted. The Mother just annoyed me with psychiatric evaluations. Now grant it I didn't see the beginning so most of it for me was just messed up kids with parents trying to fix them. I missed the symbolism between what I have read about the plastic bags, etc. Either way, it was a good movie that if came on again I would gladly watch, I just wish the parents wouldn't have over acted to not seem to be acting. The kids were indeed the stars of this movie and did a great job of being sinister.
