Would make a good african-am comedy...

...could you imagine a black family at the dinner table and the kids tried to do that "drop the utensils, drop the cups, drop the plates" nonsense?! They'd be up for a serious A55 wompun before anything hit the floor! The entire premise of the movie would be over. You'd never have had that part where the boy throws a rock at the dad - in a black comedy, the dad would be like, "...Movuh-here son..." The end. haha.

Someone should do a parody of this movie.

not just a black family but a non pu$$y family, I thro a rock at my dad when I was younger, I am getting beat up. I think the parents got what they earned, and I was never really pissed at the kids but the parents for being wimps. I mean is that what parents are supposed to be like now?

To be fair, these days if you so much as BREATHE wrong at a child then you'll be labelled a child molesting/paedophile/rapist/child abuser quicker than you can say "quick right hook will sort 'em out."

lol god that would be hysterical. Then again, there would be no father figure...only a grandmother and 6 or 7 siblings.
