It started the FF sub genre that gave us little gems like this EXCELLENT movie!

One of the best endings EVER!

Really? It gets a 2 for trying. Bad acting, bad story, annoying characters (especially dad, holy *beep* I wanted to punch him), so many stupid thing that happened or didn't, and so many things that didn't make sense at all.

So boring and frustrating to watch. I don't care that it's Ff, but I honestly thought this was a amateur movie that was made by a real family for fun, until I saw that they were actually real actors. If I would make a horror movie with my family it would probably turn out just as *beep* as this "movie".

Actually there's an interesting Haneke film from 1992 called Benny's Video.
It's.. This reminded me of it ;) pretty sure you can actually find it in full on YouTube lately.

Actually thought of Benny's Video as I started watching the trailer, though Haneke obviously is a lot more adept at portraying that side of human psyche.
