I just saw this movie myself and at first I was thinking the same thing, but after thinking about it, the sleeping in the same bed thing seemed to me like just one more thing they did to solidify their unity against the parents. Like the "special twins language" they spoke in or, the mutual plot to pretend to be nice to fool the other kid before they tried to sacrifice him. To me, they just came across as more sadistic than sexual.
I go with the theory they were possessed and, since they were disturbing the lord's paryer by doing the same thing as the same time (implying they were under control by one entity) I assumed they slept in the same bed because they were "one mind" at that point.
Well my kids are 2 and a half years apart and though they have bunk beds its been an ongoing struggle to keep my daughter from sleeping in her brother's bed with him. I've also shared a bed with both of my own siblings at some point in time, my twin brother and my younger sister, so that didn't disturb me nearly as much as the mom coming in the room and the dad climbing out from under the covers with the kids covered in bite marks. Even wanting to believe the best of him that just freaked me out.
I'm the masked horror on your street corner. Make your mama mourn ya. I'm a Night Surgeon.
when the mum had the camera and she went to their room after hearing noises, just before she discovered the bite marks, i was expecting her to walk in on them having sex. even though they were young, and related. they were kinda crazy so i expected the worst, plus the noises they were making kinda suggested it
You hate us 'cause we're beautiful, Well we don't like you either
The screenwriter obviously knew very well what would be one of the consequences of the liberal "re-evaluation" of social values. In 2008 they had another agenda but today the liberals are full of BS about incest being a "fundamental human right" etc. Just google it if you don't believe me. In other words, if you don't impose social norms on kids, you will not only get little psychos, but incestuous ones, too.
