Just Another Version
Get your panties out of their bunch. You do realize that this has been done over and over again, with each one a little different than the original. Are you jumping down the small stage productions that add their own special touches to it? I saw it twice at the same theatre and each was different.
I'm enjoying this version. They're keeping fairly close to the original script, but putting their spin on it. If you're going to diss this, then diss all the small stage versions as they're not perfect to the original movie either.
As a bonus: it's AWESOME to see Tim Curry! He's changed cuz of his stroke, but there's still that glean in his eyes. <3
