Columbia was a human who fell in love with Frank. She's his biggest fangirl but she's human.

Human. Biker chick turned groupie that stayed for frank.... I loved the original Columbia... they made this Columbia a weird Harley Quinn

Which was the best part of the show. Get some theatre training. She made it her own unlike Ms. Cox sucking doing her worse Tim Curry until after "Eddie" started acting like Tina Turner and became decent. The only Harley thing was her hair.
