If you read that, stop. Save yourself the time because their critique isn't worth the cheeto dust on their stubby sausage fingers. If you are typing that, get out of your mom's basement for a few hours.

I guess since you said it, it must be true and meaningful. *sarcasm* Go back to your hole. This REMAKE was horrible. Compared to the original or not, it just plain sucked.

It's horrible as a remake, and it's horrible on its own merits. Even as a 'tribute', it's still crap. Sorry, but this version sucks.

Even if there was no original, this would've been a horrible TV movie. The fact that there was an original makes it 5 times worse. It's a joke. Everything about it is bad.
