....the obvious inspiration for Riff Raff ... kinda freaky IMHO

Riff Raff was created when Leto was only two so I doubt that. Maybe Leto got his look from rhps.

spinbunny is probably referring to Reeve Carney's version from the remake, not Richard O'Brien's version from the original.

I know that's the one he is referring to. I guess I can see it...kind of. To me, he just looked like a punk version of RR.

to be fair, that description would be apt for leto's joker from Suicide Squad

Yup. As soon as Riff Raff opened the door for Brad and Janet I said to myself, "Jared Leto is in this?!" LOL. Reeve Carney doesn't actually look like Leto, but somehow he did when made up as Riff Raff. It was weird.
