By far, my favorite in the whole production. He stole every scene he was in and did a fantastic job singing. It was great to see him branch out from his Penny Dreadful role that most people would recognize him from.
shareI agree, Carney did a great job. I really loved his Riff Raff and for me he was, hands down, the best of the cast. I'm not a fan of the arrangement of the songs ( they took the edge and gave everything this pop-ish/pop-rock-ish sound ... and was that country at the start of the Time Warp? o.O ) still he did a fantastic job with what he had - beautiful and expressive voice. I'm definitely going to check his other works and music.
shareCarney definitely has a flair for the dramatic and a strong, emotive singing voice. He was one of the only ones who looked like he was actually having some fun with the whole thing.
