How is it a love letter to horror fans? Cliches are bad and the main premise is mostly just the Evil Dead, but with no likeable characters.

Only charcter I like was the pothead. If they want a twist on the cliches, why didn't he become the jock or the whore to the virgin. Also, what other movie acts like the Evil Dead?

You love this movie way too much, don't you? The ending was not a twist at all. A twist is supposed to suprise you, not confuse or even anger you. Gods aren't a bad idea, but you have to make some real freaking logic on the whole backstory of the sacarfices to why the teens even go to this boring ass cabin!
shareThis movie also reminds me of God Bless America. Killing stupid people for some dumb reason.

Don't waste your time.
Not unlike a neutered dog, he doesn't get it.
Haha!
alexalberttt really doesn't get it. Don't worry though, some of us actually understand what a satire is! (Not to mention the definition/idea of a twist.) I mean, seriously, a twist isn't supposed to surprise you or confuse you?!?!? I think Alex doesn't understand what a twist is. That's ok, dictionarys are still a thing, he just has to figure out how to use one.
