Would Blonde really have... (Spoilers)

... scribbled on her paper to find hidden clues, if Black had not stopped her? Since this would have been the one stupid thing she would have done in the entire movie (with everything else being pretty damn smart), I think this might have been a deliberate misdirection:
I think she wanted to appear willing to do this so that others would discard her as a dumb blonde. Hereby she took herself out of the firing line of people like White who would be trying to take their immediate competition out first. If nobody had stopped her, she would probably at the last second said something like "No wait, this is stupid" and moved on.

What do you think?

interesting idea, but it would be a big bluff on her part. if nobody did try to stop her she'd have to either go through with it and disqualify herself or show her hand by stopping. I doubt she'd get away with slapping her head and saying "oh wow I just realised that would be dumb! aren't I a silly?"
she also didn't really come across as being manipulative enough to do that. but then, she also didn't come across as being stupid enough to make such an obvious mistake either so who knows?

The common stereotype is blondes are dumb and in tests talking with blondes or seeing them actually reduces your IQ.

So I think blondy was well aware of the stereotype she had and would have used it to appear non-threatening. Another woman helping her out because she's a woman is also a common stereotype she would be counting on.

Blondy was not manipulative but she knew HOW to be manipulative if necessary which is what her extreme situation called for, she needed to outsmart her opponents. The brunette who took the paper without checking if it was hers and left her paper unattended was manipulated into spoiling her paper, she was too trusting.

Later Blondy also takes advantage of the stereotype that women are cowards who run away from violence by appearing to do exactly that. She fooled everyone.

You're over thinking her character and giving her too much credit.

It's nothing more than a bad plot twist that most people seen coming.
