Can anyone explain the end of the movie ??

Blond passed the exam. The other 7 characters failed.

The secret to passing the exam was cooperating with Candidate 1 (Deaf) who had special glasses which could read hidden ink.

The hidden ink on the paper said "Question 1", leading her to remember that the Invigilator did say "Any questions?".

Deaf is the CEO of the company, but he hides from the public and uses the Invigilator as a cover persona.

Black wasn't dead. He was shot with a bullet that cured diseases and regenerated cells.
