Anyone else concerned about the... (SPOILERS)

Anyone else concerned that the cell-regenerating pill ---> cancer? They're literally "injecting" cells into the body with hallmarks of cancer which is regeneration.

Also, shooting a capsule into a person would cause it to work? Really? The capsule's gel would need to be dissolved in the stomach acid. Which is why we don't just stick any old capsule into an open sore.

Also, what a rapid acting pill. No less than 4 seconds before that pill started to take effect on that guy who was convulsing. Like really? Really...? It should take at least half an hour.

"it should take at least half an hour". really? you know this because you invented the pill? could you tell us what pandemic this pill is meant to cure? since it takes place in a future world (or perhaps a completely different world - other galaxy or universe), how can you be sure what medical advances were and were not achieved?

btw, it's not a documentary.
