Touch is a form of communication

Shouldn't it be? Like someone blind touching, or mute, is communicating. Shouldn't anyone touching any part of the security guard get disqualified?

When white pulls the guards hand and uses his finger, isn't that communicating with his body forcing the finger to pull. Forcing physically should b communicating.

Can anybody explain the end of the movie ??

SPOILER ALERT!!

They choose Blonde because she didn't break any rules (which proved she knew how to follow instructions), and knew the answer, and more importantly the question. They are going to be making life saving medicine for the world and she will administer the distribution. Meanwhile, Black was not dead because of that medicine. Deaf was the autistic (or at least painfully shy)
CEO.

Any questions?

Schrodinger's cat walks into a bar, and / or doesn't.

"If you try to communicate with myself or the guard, you will be disqualified". but he wasn't trying to communicate with the guard. plus, "the only rules in here are our rules". so, if the CEO decides that lack of intent of communication does not count as trying to communicate, then it doesn't break the rules.
