Why such a late release?

Aren't they done filming? Why do they wait so long with the release?

They finished filming in December 2008 from what I know. It's up to Paramount for the release, I guess they were just waiting to release it at a time that was right which is now ;)

After seeing the trailer, I'm thinking it could become the "Goodfellas" for the internet. Well, that's a bit exaggerated, but I like what they give, even if it's a bit much into the story.

After seeing that (really long) trailer, I know what you mean with the "Goodfellas" for the internet thing. Looks awesome! Can't wait to see it.

Longer they wait, less appeal, like all other release's.

I can't speak for Middle Men, but usually a film with a delayed release isn't expected to do very well at the box office.
