Was merely remarking on how useless this thread is. "lol I saw this watchng porn omg" isn't much of a thread. Its just a bunch of dudes going "heh, heh, I watch porn, guys, who else does?"

The Topic is not useless. It was a good idea and concept of them to put up the trailer on those sites. I think it's an interesting fact to add about the movie.

Actually it was a ridiculous idea at the expense of more mainstream marketing. The film is not about porn, it just happens to be the catalyst for everything that happens. It could have just as easily been drugs or illegal arms that got Jack Harris into trouble. What the folks on youporn or xtube are looking for isn't in Middle Men.

This world’s not a perfect place. Bruce Willis has a record deal.

How do you know that?

Do you know how many people are watching porn? You think they all think alike, are interested in the same kind of things, eat the same kind of food?

The plot of the movie on imdb is: Chronicles Jack Harris, one of the pioneers of internet commerce, as he wrestles with his morals and struggles not to drown in a sea of conmen, mobsters, drug addicts, and pornstars.

Some people do like porn and at the same time are also interested to learn about how it all started on the Internet side, who was that guy and what he went through.

And I do not think the movie would have performed better if it had big ads on TV / any other usual mainstream marketing.

Anyway, I do not want to argue. I respect your view on this.
