My one issue with this film...
I truly loved this movie, but one thing that struck me a bit hard to swallow was the whole long distance relationship between Jack and his wife.
Almost immediately after hooking up with the internet pornsters Jack is making millions of dollars hand over fist.
Why wouldn't he move his family out to LA or Vegas? The story paints this dramatic device of Jack never being around to love his wife, or see his kids grow up.
But realistically, most any family with that kind of financial success would pack there bags and move to Beverly Hills in a heartbeat.
Maybe Jack's wife would've nixed the move. But we never see that played out in the film. She seems to be loving the high life in her convertibles with her designer sun glasses in Houston. Surely LA would'nt have been that tough of a sell for her. Hell, everybody's dream is to end up in LA with the money, the luxury, and the weather.
Again, if she was a home girl, the movie could've exposed it. But the whole subject was avoided. It was just a given that they were going to be separated during this whole ordeal. And it distracted me a bit.
