Well, this sounds like a film years from now both will prefer to forget. I just read that it's likely to go straight to video if it hasn't already. I sounded promising when first announced a couple of years ago. Shocking that it couldn't get a distributor.

Same, when I saw American Sniper I kinda kept looking for her.
It went so far, I am kinda pissed off with both of them. Just can't see them anymore.

Also a common problem of things or people getting over-hyped.
It turns me away cause "the magic" is gone.

Just wondering why you didn't expect Bradley Cooper showing up in hunger games? Why only Lawrence in American sniper?

Directors tend to have a stable of actors they like to work with. David O. Russell likes to work with Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper. That's why they were in Silver Lining's Playbook and American Hustle together. It's no different then Tim Burton always working with Johnny Depp or Martin Scorsese always working with Leonardo Dicaprio.

If I'm understanding correctly, Serena was filmed before both of those movies but it's only now being released.

It's not that big of a deal. If you don't like it, there are hundreds of other movies to watch. I don't think three are taking away from the many actors working in Hollywood.

Hahahahaha this was a funny post. Yeah I had no idea just how many films they have done together. Sure, she's my fav actress and he's my crush. But they don't really have that great chemistry, they're just interesting together. Chemistry would be like Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell or Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore.
