I must be missing something but I'm confused about Victoria's wound. Looked like it went right through her but we see her shortly after in a big fur parka walking around as if nothing happened.

I'd say it was just a flesh wound and that Ivan patched her up. It's at least the next day when we see them at the warehouse so they had a few hours to kill.

It did go all the way through, you can see that when they show a rear view of her. But the bullet would have only gone through the muscle and not hit any bone or organs. So her Russkiy took her home, patched her up.
