After Karl Urban gets off the phone while flying in the corporate jet, he utters the same line he did just after he administers a sedative to James Kirk while starring in Star Trek (2009)... "Unbelievable".
While starring in "The Bourne Supremacy", he frames Bourne by transferring a fingerprint of Bourne's onto a circuit breaker. He is shown doing the same thing before pushing the chair out from under his mark.

Also the scene in New Orleans when he is arrested by local law enforcement is the same as Bourne Supremacy when he was arrested by local law enforcement in Moscow.
