Who was your favorite in the film?
Mine was John Malkovitch...what a talent
shareAgent William Cooper obviously (hehe) but thought John Malkovich was the funniest. I've always found him quite creepy as an actor but loved this character and can't think of anyone who would suit it better.

Karl Urban =
John Malkovich - magnificent as always. Even better than in 'Burn After Reading', where he was also excellent. Mary-Louise Parker and Karl Urban also did great, as did Hellen Mirren during her relatively lesser screen time. But Malkovich simply stole the show.
Bruce Willis was OK I guess, but in this type of movie the Frank Moses role would have been PERFECT for Robert De Niro.

John Malkovich I couldnt keep myself from laughing when he claimed that the woman was following them and he pulled his gun on her. And the part when he strapped himself with the suicide bomb and started running after them screaming was hysterical!

I'm partial to Helen MIrren, but the chemistry between Willis and Mary Louise Parker was awfully good.
shareMalcovich is one of my all-time favs...I love his dry, subtle humor.
Mirren and Freeman were great as usual.
While I absolutely LOVE Richard Dreyfuss...this wasn't his best, so luckily just a cameo (was his skin extremely orange-ish?).
Willis was...eh. His charater was taken too seriously, but it was pretty typical. I could not see him and Parker together (who was also just ok...her diaglogue was kind of hokey).
The scene when it looked like Helen Mirren's character was done for had me really worried so I'm thrilled she survived and I hope she has a much bigger role in the next film!

3. Mary whats-her-name
Really, nearly all the characters were likeable! I love this movie!

I'm going to say Brian Cox. He kept showing up to help just when he was needed, and the chemistry between him and Mirren was palpable.

Malkovich by a long shot! His character was too funny and he played it perfectly. Some of the puzzled looks he had on his face, at times, reminded me of Lenny from Of Mice and Men. Such an amazing talent!
