How can Sarah know who Marvin Boggs is?

Frank Moses: We have to find Marvin Boggs.
Sarah Ross: Marvin died two years ago in a fire.
That's the first mention I could find of the name. How can Sarah know anything about him?

When she and Frank were discussing that list with all the names on it. Frank was going through each name; when he came to the name "Marvin Boggs" he said....Marvin died in a fire..two years ago. She paid attention.
