I only ask because she wasn't blinking as she was firing. that's a really hard thing to do. some directors will sometimes just have their actor wave their fake gun around and add the muzzle flash digitally later on, like Robert Rodriguez in Once Upon a Time in Mexico.

If she had been trained previously or has heavy experience using firearms she might be used to it enough to not blink. Those muzzle flashes didn't look CG to me.
shareI don't know, but that impressed me either way -- some actresses don't blink when firing (Kate Beckinsale doesn't, apparently, which made it nice while she was doing "Underworld" films).

I think they're real as I remember reading something where the director said he was amazed when they were editing or looking at the dailies they noticed she wasn't blinking while firing the guns.
