Was it really the VP the person who did it?
I didn't understand this. We know it was Dunning who ordered the killings. But was it really the VP the person who killed the people in Guatemala? Thanks. :D
shareI've been wondering the same thing. It seems rather ambiguous but I think Dunning may have been the one who ordered the village massacre as well and as the VP is the one who did it (at Dunnings order) Dunning is using it as blackmail/leverage.
