Something I think the Wikipedia plot description has wrong...SPOILER!

In the description, it says that Ng discovers that the satellite will carry a nuclear payload and later confronts Gilcrest about it (the scene with the goofy hat).

I don't believe that. What I believe she discovered and confronted Gilcrest about was the rocket and satellite itself. She had no idea that any launch was going on, did she? That's why she was angry. They were using the "gate blessing ceremony" as a distraction. After all, how would she deduce, from the footage the kid shot, that there was a nuclear weapon on board the satellite. Did I miss the crate label saying "Nuclear Weapon Inside"?

No, I think she was angry about the launch, itself, and Gilcrest, as he was a part of the deception being used on the native Hawaiians.
