Phantasmagoria (Spoilers!)
Does anyone remember the pc video game "Phantasmagoria?"
This movie just reminded me a lot of that. In the game, a couple moves into a big house. The woman starts having visions/flashbacks (as opposed to videotapes) of the previous owner, and how he murdered several of his wives. Meanwhile, her husband starts going crazy and coming after her.
It's obviously just some similarities, but I feel like maybe the movie drew some inspiration from the game. Who knows.
