I think he will declare bankruptcy and reorganize by partnering with the other Chevrolet dealership. Owen can then start the body shop (which the other Chevy dealer does not have) and send them his best salesman in the deal, thereby getting rid of Markus. In fact they might want Markus and Terry in the deal that would be Owen's dilemna.

You see, what I think he was thinking was, "Goddam Rodin. Three drinks and I'm nude."

Markus and Terry are actually Owen's best sales people, he just hates Markus because he thinks he should own the dealership.

As far was we all know, the dealership is still making money, so there's really no reason for bankruptcy. What he will do is probably sell the land Owen Sr. purchased at a big loss.
