questions about latest episode ('The Great Escape')

1. So why exactly did Erin dump Terry? I have actually watched this part twice and somehow missed exactly what she said her reason was. Think it had something to do with an ex, but I don't know if she was referring to her husband she's separated with or her boyfriend whom she broke up with right before meeting back up with Terry.

On that note, was she serious when she referred to her romance with Terry as a fling, or was she simply referring -- metaphorically so to speak -- back to his reference to the coffee shop girl ("Annie"?) as a fling? And was Owen in fact referring to the coffee shop girl as a fling seriously, or was he just saying it to get Erin to not freak out over him bumping into his ex?

2. Did the stripper give Manfro her number because she actually wanted to bang him or because she thought of him more as a friend that could bond together over their cancer woes? (Her dad had cancer, and he and Manfro shared the same doctor, in case you don't recall.) This part wasn't made clear to me. I mean, obviously Manfro got a stripper's number, so he thought he should try to bang her, and that's understandable, but at the end all I could see for sure was she convinced him to go to chemo, and was his support. However, they didn't give any indications of whether it was simply a special friendship or an actual romance. Any clues?

3. So is Owen going through with the sale of the dealership? I thought maybe he decided to get the body shop because adding it on would increase the sale price and maybe make the workers happy in the event they are not laid off in the transfer. Yeah, kinda weak, I know, but I didn't see any pivotal point that made Owen change his mind.

1. But Terry was actually getting his life together. He had a stable job, was making money and was settling down with her.

2. I doubt it too, and it did seem it was more of a friendship, but I guess we'll have to see to know for sure.

3. I thought he wanted to sell the dealership because of the debt that lot caused them, and because he could basically retire and be a stay-at-home dad.
