The irate customer
This segment dropped the episodes grade for me. I just didn't buy it. When I saw the preview, I thought he was someone who saw the commercial and wanted a picture with Lawrence and that pissed off Senior and that's where the fight starts. That just makes more sense to me than this (mega)phony guy.
