This movie proves that reboots/remakes can be good. Plus this was on VOD platform and it was alot better than some of the crap that makes it to the theatres.This was a great little remake and has definetly stood the test of time. The lead actress Sarah Butler was amazing.
shareIt Ian not good at all which is why it has such low ratings and bad reviews. It fails in so many ways. The torture and killing is violent but it doesn't make a movie good. The context in everything that happens in movies has to be good. You want to have some nuances and twists. This film seems to be focused just on one violent crime scene and gory scenes of revenge. But in between you don't get to see any kind of meaningful dialogue or exchange of words. The rapists don't have any different sides to them, and neither does the victim. It's just one desires to rape and kill and another kill in revenge. She also doesn't seem to have any character to her and is reduced to just vengeful person who has become a murderer.
