1.33 aspect ratio?

Why is this film presented in a 1,.33 aspect ratio. We don't even have TVs that are natie to that format.

Imax is 1.43 at its squarest. 1.33 is like old school TV.

But IMAX is the reason Snyder chose the 1.33:1 ratio. because of how close it is. Unlike other Full Screen versions of movies (seen on DVDs and VHS) which crops out the sides of the picture, the Snyder Cut's ratio actually keeps EVERYTHING in the picture.

then he should have used 1.43. Edges are still being cropped off at 1.33.

Maybe he simply didn't know that IMAX is 1.43 instead of 1.33. Many people don't know too. As if directors can't make mistakes.
