Plote hole when Clark recognized Batman?

If I remember well, at the end of BvS, Bruce and Clark become "friends" again after the "Martha" moment and even they fought back to back against Doomsday later.
But in both Snyder's JL and Wheadon JL, after the team awakes Superman, he fought against all the rest but Batman and when he saw him, he attacks.
So.. why Superman didn't remember the last moments before he died?? Seems like he just remember he fought against Batman but anything else...
Only this point and the "automatic" attack from Cyborg on Superman are the things that seem illogical form my perspective. Overall, I think Snyder's JL is quite better than Wheadon's cut and brings to give some justice to this characters who were an inspiration to many of us during our childhood.
