Why didn't they try this on their hit Wednesday night lineup?
It dosen't make much sense. I have never watched this, but I heard it was very good, and it seems to be a critical sucess but NOT a commercial one. Anyway ABC has nothing to put on 8pm but reruns of my fave comedy "Modern Family" but I think they should move the CRAPPY show "The Middle" to 8pm (Why people watch it I don't know its awful) have Better off Ted at 8:30, then their mega hit Modern Family at 9pm followed by their second most sucessful comedy "Cougar Town". Better Off Ted will NOT follow "Modern Family" because while Cougar Town is a sucess in its own right, its not as good as MF and it drops about 3 million viewers after MF is done. But Both got a 25 episode order. And were the first two shows besides Glee to get a Renewed for a second season so quickly.
Since Better Off Ted is in the "Save Our Show" Campaign on E, its a possiblity the cast and everyone in the SOS campaign (there are like 10 shows) have not taken new jobs. Why Scrubs is in there, I don't know. They had their finale like damn near 6 diffrent times, nobody is watching, and nobody cares. The original stars wont even be in the show if it comes back. Its stupid, and Heroes need to be SHOT, so there is no way that deserves a second chance, and freakin Medium already had like 6-7 years. Same with Jennifer Love Hewitts show (Which I doubt that Ghost show is dying anyway it does well enough for a Friday night) and the New Melrose Place needs to go. Its awful, and so does "One Tree Hill" which is another show that had like 8 years already. But it seems people are voting the hell out of that.
Parenthood I don't no anything about, and I don't know about Chuck but I think give them and Better off Ted a chance.
