Could Better off Ted work as a webshow?

Considering most of the action occurs inside at Veridian Dynamics and the show rarely does anything remotely expensive, could BOT work as a webshow?
Maybe it could work like 'The Guild' which is funded mainly by contributors and more recently Microsoft.

I've been hoping for a web series, but it might be too long since cancellation at this point. I've written to a few networks, a couple of the actors, and the show's creator. I always encourage others to do the same...
