First of all it's a book right? I haven't read it, but for this movie, i don't hear the best :/ but i know the 3 main caracters (Chris Hemsworth, Josh Hutcherson- my favourite :) and Josh Peck)... let's say it wasn't a book and it was just another action movie like the others... would you consider it as a nice movie?? The trailer looks nice :) (BTW does Josh Peck have issues? Cause in some scenes he looks totally freaked out!!)

shareA good movie if you're a YOLO-tard. Otherwise no, this movie sucks. Unlike the 1984 version, where real acting occurred, this dumbed down cast basically just showed up and said "look at us!" It's too politically correct as well. Let's not piss off the Chinese now.
An insurgency of American youth could not possibly occur today if an invasion happened. The kiddos would be too busy smoking weed and Facebooking. Most teenagers couldn't find North Korea on a map, let alone know how to defend their home turf from enemy soldiers.
