gosh... all i can say is, imho, this movie is so bad.. i was even compelled to write something about this.. when i finished the movie, i couldn't help but regret my wasted time... i mean i do not know if it was bad acting, or just plain bad screenwriting... the comedic timing was also way off... it's so campy and bad, it became funny eventually..

though lindsay lohan here was gorgeous, yet you could not help but notice what she has become, a lack luster star, fallen from grace.. blame this movie..

Yea, I can see why you would go through all that trouble, not because you want attention, but so you can warn all us little people!

haha.. whatever.. but if you also went online, searched this film on imdb and compose a reaction to my post for such film, albeit retorting just so you may feel witty.. i guess we are on the same page.. so let both have a life shall we...

i say it again... it was a really bad film, too bad for lalohan, i like her...

To the moron that obviously is defending Lohan and this tripe... this movie blows.

And you, oh bearer of bad logic... writing a review takes 30 seconds. Much quicker than watching this steaming pile.

honestly i really liked it, i think some people just plain and simple dont want to like it. Im watching star trek right now and its really long and kind of boring...i thought this movie was entertaining, i think cheryl hines is perfect as lindsays sidekick at work...labor pains really isnt bad at all

This movie was not bad at all, and Lindsay Lohan did a really good job in this film. She's has a very charming role in this film and to be honest this one of her best film since 2005.

I agree with the original poster. I thought the movie played out like a bad sitcom. Very cheesy slapstick comedy. Not to mention the movie was painfully predictable. Lindsey, despite her reputation is a good actress, but she was unable to carry this film on her own. All the other actors were terrible, and made watching this unbearable.

Lindsay looked very tired: look at her trailer pics on the main imdb page: she looks like she just escaped from Rehab. pursuing a self-destructive course with substance abuse and a hard-living girlfriend sapped her vitality something fierce, imho. the girl who played her sister mumbled and slept-walk through her lines. the male actors were all 'stilted' & awkward. the only redeeming performance was by Cheryl Hines, of 'Curb your Enthusiam' fame - always sharp and dependable in her supporting roles.

However, the storyline itself was not too bad at all, surprisingly. We caught it on Netflix. it just needed a bright light such as Ellen Page or Rachel McAdams to lead the charge. I'm not questioning LL's natural ability or charm--in fact, I think it's a shame.

This movie sat in my watch list for about four months before I finally decided to give it a whirl because I'm bored..............I wish I had watched it before. There was lots of chemistry, cute stories, and lots of laughs. Maybe try again without the paparazzi nonsense of LiLo in mind.
