shareNo, it's not that bad at all. I think people are really overreacting. Sure, it's not quite as funny as the first (I gave the first an 8, this one a 7), but it's entertaining enough that it's worth sitting through. If you are a Will Ferrell fan, it should be up your alley.
It does get less funny after the great 45 minutes or so, but it's a solid enjoyable movie overall.
