One of the few comedy sequels that is funnier than Part One.

It's hard to make a comedy sequel that is as funny as the first film, but this is one of the few that nails it. Anchorman 2 is deliciously over the top ridiculous, and is unquestionably laugh-out-loud funnier than the first film. This film takes it's place among films like Men in Black II, Wayne's World 2, and Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey -- comedy sequels that all did the unimaginable and were actually funnier than the films that spawned them.

Yeah it's hard to find very many comedy sequels that are not only as funny as the original but funny at all. My friend and I texted back and fourth about it the other day for an hour so so and only came up with a hand full. For example; Ace Ventura 2, Hot Shots part Deaux, Harold and Kumar, Ghostbusters 2, Wayne's World which I'm pretty sure somone said already. They're hard to think of.

This topic needs it's own thread. Worst comedy sequels of all time in no specific order are Caddy Shack 2, Teen Wolf 2 and Flinstones Viva Rock Vegas.
