Runway Renner

I swear Jeremy Renner is doing a catwalk strut in the scene where the team is in Mumbai at the party. It starts with him walking behind the dancers in white and continues around the pillars and ends right after Tom Cruise says "Com check" and Renner walks out of frame.

It's a particular walk where the head stays locked in position while the body moves as fluidly as possible. The idea is that the photography from the gallery at the end of the runway won't catch any movement in the face and that the model will not overpower the clothing by drawing attention. But he's too short to have been a male model and I don't see any reference to modeling in his bio so I guess it's all my imagination.....but still....

He's a spy who's trained not to draw any attention (certainly not to his face/identity) while being present in a crowd. Maybe that's a possible explanation behind it.

I haven't noticed it myself though, and I don't remember Renner in the scene (I was probably rather looking at the dancers). So if it's indeed there: good catch! (and quite funny as well.)

Thanks. That explanation makes a lot more sense than mine. Fashion Week has been on my mind I guess.

LOL. Maybe Renner was taught by this guy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Josh_Holloway.

(Renner + Holloway = Rennerway. Or Runway. Haha.)
