instantly became one of my favourite movies

one day I went to a library downtown where I live (Victoria, BC) and I was looking at the dvd/blu ray section and I came across a copy of "let me in". I had never heard of the movie before, but on the cover was chloe grace moretz whom I saw in the "kick ass" movies, "dark shadows", etc. I like some of her movies so I read the synopsis on the back. it sounded like a good movie, plus elias koteas was in it and I like some of his work as well. I watched the movie later that night and it instantly became one of my favourite movies. I even liked the score so much I ordered a copy from hmv, about a month later it arrived at hmv and the next day I bought it. it was $25, really pricey I know but I think it was an import. it was worth every penny. when I was at hmv I also bought "let me in" on blu ray, it was on sale for $5!!!!! "let me in" is a very underrated & under appreciated movie.

I agree about the soundtrack. I listen to it a lot still.

Welcome to the cult following! 😀

just watching the movie right now. hopefully not for the last time as I have mentioned on previous posts that I have health problems (ie losing my hearing since 2002, I've had throat spasms since 2010 which doesn't allow me to eat properly. on & off solid/pureed food & smoothies. no solid foods sinse july 2013. my doctor said If I am not able to eat solid food soon I will die from organ failure - eyesight, kidneys, liver, etc.). hopefully soon my health will improve because it is depressing to me that I won't be able to see my favourite movies including "let me in", listen to my favourite music, watch my favourite tv shows, hang out with friends, take my dogs for a walk, etc. my apologies to imdb or anybody else sick of me writing about my health, but I need a place to vent.

No problem with that here man. Hope things can turn around for you. Life is short for all of us....most of us don't get to understand that in time though.

I can't help wondering what is wrong with solid food which has been made into liquid form though. I would assume that would work fine.
