shareAround Halloween, Wal-mart has a really cheap mask that looks almost identical to it. It's a hooded mask, but the face is just like Chrome Skull's. Buy it and pull the black fabric off of the back, trim the edges off a little bit, and you're set. It might even be the mask they used for the film... (I bought one myself... but it's packed away so I can't compare it to the movie at the moment.)
