I liked this movie up until I realized we don't get a backstory of any kind on the killer. Even one tiny scene to explain why he's doing this or who he is would have really helped. But we get no reason for it. And we never find out why he has that mask. All we get told is that he's wanted by the FBI for being a serial killer. I think we needed an explanation.

The rest of the movie really wasn't bad. It's gory. It's fast paced. But without a tiny bit of back story on the killer, it just makes it all a waste. And the ending seems final, so we won't even get a sequel to explain it.

It's better not knowing where chromeskull came from.Your left to use your own imaganation where he came from that add's to it i think.Case in point The Hitcher John Ryder no id no fingers prints nothing at all.Well he just said his name was John Ryder also i mean original Hitcher not the crappy remake.

Yeah, the most we got was the guy at the morgue (whatever you want to call it) talking to the guy in the video about their agreement. That was about it, and barely anything at that.

Some people shat on the movie and some liked it, I have to say I'm in the liked category. Decent flick.
