Story idea for LAID TO REST 2

The concept idea is somwhat unrelated to the first film except for the man with the silver skull mask, so here goes

A man and a woman escape from an abandoned warehouse after being held captive by a man with a silver skull mask and a camera attached to his shoulder, they run into town hoping to find help, they meet up with a small group of people in the town bar, while trying to convince the people they're in danger and having no luck, one of the customers a retired war veteran, insists the pair lead him and his gang staying in town to where they were being held, because this retired war vet and his gang have been tracking this killer known to them as chrome skull for some time and they have a very big score to settle, in the gang's pursuit they soon realise they are in way over their heads, as chrome skull is more ruthless and cunning than before, and has his own score to settle with the people that hurt his family.
