I've seen the killer in a slasher flick actually commit suicide. I was pleasantly surprised that something new happened in a film that was mediocre to the core. Only other good/above average part was Kevin Gage

As far as I can tell he put the super glue on himself trying to put his mask back on? Since it was the Super Glue that actually killed him, the bat to the head of the already dead corpse was just a vent of the fear and anger that the girl had.
He put the glue on himself and it was the glue that killed him. Sounds as close to suicide as you can get. May not have been intentional suicide, but he killed himself nontheless.

I think you're confusing "suicide" with "accidental death."
ChromeSkull didn't know it was superglue... the bottle said "medical adhesive," and that's what he'd been using throughout the film. The Sean Whalen character replaced it surreptitiously.
